Hotel Zuiderduin, located just 100 meters from the beach in Egmond aan Zee, offers its guests ultimate comfort in a peaceful, natural setting.
The renovation of the hotel rooms required a floor that was both stylish and practical. With a total area of 6,000 m², it was crucial to install the flooring on time and with minimal disruption to guests. A challenge that Vivaprojects excels at.

The renovation began with removing the old flooring and preparing the substrate. Then, the Oak 6860 luxury vinyl floor was installed in the hotel rooms.
This not only required skilled craftsmanship but also a flexible approach, given the variation in room layouts and the desire to complete the installation with minimal disruption to guests. By working closely with our partners and having a detailed plan in place, we were able to complete the project within a tight timeframe.
