A challenging project with tight deadlines

Amstelhof is a busy fitness center with around 1,600 visitors per day, making it essential to carry out renovations and upgrades quickly and efficiently without disrupting daily operations. From replacing flooring to upgrading fitness areas, everything had to be done with minimal disturbance to the visitors. The renovation involved a wide range of tasks. In the 'spin' room, we installed luxury vinyl flooring designed to withstand the heavy wear from cycling shoes and sweat. Carpet tiles were replaced in the gym, and luxury vinyl flooring was laid under the stairs in a herringbone pattern.

With a total area of 1,800 m² being renovated, careful planning was essential to minimize disruption. We worked in phases, coordinating closely with Amstelhof’s management to ensure that daily operations continued smoothly.

Thanks to our flexibility, we were able to quickly adapt to unforeseen circumstances, such as the need for customized materials for specific spaces.
